Pax Psychology started when two friends — one in finance, one in psychology — both found themselves needing support.

Ed's a psychologist. George works in finance. But despite their different career paths, both saw a need for psychological support to improve during the COVID-19 pandemic.

George found he was burnt out, and it was affecting his performance at work. Ed through his work discovered that many people didn't understand the benefits of psychological support and was interested in looking at ways he could improve the referral process for clients to access Psychologists.

Helps you achieve optimal performance through mental strategies. We address performance anxiety, pressure management, time management, and teamwork.

Mental Health Psychology

Treats and promotes mental health. We help you understand and manage psychological disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma, and personality disorders.
